Large 1992 Gund Canterbury Collection numbered Bear named Teddy Yellow - Style number 9791.
Very limited edition! Hand numbered 209 of 300 on the right foot with hand signatures of Maude and John Blackburn on the right foot as well as signed on the hang tag. These handmade bears were only made available for sale in Canada and the U.S.A., making them highly collectible.
This bear is in new excellent condition from an estate sale of a dedicated collector of stuffed animals. No soiling, no wear, no fading, no stains.
It measures approximately 22 inches standing and 14 inches sitting. The limbs are fully jointed and movable.
Softly stuffed and very cuddly. Made from lovely yellow mohair plush, yellow smooth leather paw pads, amber and black eyes, black stitched nose and a yellow and black plaid colored ribbon tied in a bow around the neck. The claws on all four paws, as well as the nose & lip, are all handstitched. Completely original clothing.
